-
Hopefully—but in some cases, no. Every client is different, and results can vary based on individual skin, lifestyle, and desired outcome.
Cosmetic tattooing is designed to enhance your natural features, not completely replace your everyday makeup routine. Pigment implanted in the skin will never have the same intensity or vibrancy as makeup applied on top of the skin.
Many people are accustomed to a bolder makeup look that cannot be safely achieved with cosmetic tattooing alone. In permanent makeup, less is often more. Over-saturating the skin with pigment can lead to less predictable color retention and changes over time.
Our goal is always to create soft, natural-looking results that age beautifully and complement your features for years to come.
Who May Not Be a Candidate for Cosmetic Tattooing
For your safety and to ensure the best possible results, cosmetic tattooing may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions or circumstances.
Cosmetic tattooing is not recommended for clients who are:
Pregnant or currently nursing
Under the age of 18 (valid photo ID required)
Prone to keloid or hypertrophic scarring
Currently undergoing chemotherapy (physician approval required)
Diabetic (physician approval may be required)
Living with viral infections or contagious diseases
Diagnosed with epilepsy
Using a pacemaker or experiencing significant heart conditions
Recipients of an organ transplant
Experiencing skin conditions in or near the treatment area, including psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis, rosacea, active acne, sunburn, or excessive sun damage

Taking Accutane or have used Accutane within the past 12 months
Scheduled for or recently received Botox injections within 2 weeks before or after the procedure
Experiencing uncontrolled high blood pressure or other health conditions that may affect healing
Additionally, any treatment, medication, or medical condition that compromises the immune system or interferes with the body’s natural healing process may make cosmetic tattooing unsuitable.
